1. Domestic Shipping Overview

We currently ship across India. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

We offer various shipping options at checkout. The cost and estimated delivery time for your order will depend on the shipping method you select and your delivery location.

3. Order Processing Time

Order processing begins after we receive a confirmed payment. This process includes payment verification, packaging, and quality check. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or national holidays.

If you order after 2 PM IST or on a weekend, your order will begin processing the next business day.

4. How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

5. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted and reliable courier services Fship, etc., to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

6. Undeliverable Packages & Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping charges will apply.

7. International Shipping

At this time, Shopsia does not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.

8. What If I'm Not Available During Delivery?

Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, a holding notice will be left. It is your responsibility to contact the courier company to schedule a redelivery or pick up the package from their local facility. Packages that are not collected may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges will apply.
